I hereby authorize Industria Chimica Adriatica SpA, both directly and through its partners or consultants, to publish using any medium made possible by technology and in accordance with the methods deemed most appropriate by the company, the photographs and/or videos and/or texts. I hereby declare that I am not subject to contractual limitations that prevent that publication and exploitation of the photographs and/or videos and/or texts. I concede to Industria Chimica Adriatica SpA in perpetuity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferrable license to exploit, transmit, use, process, distribute, reproduce, communicate to the public and prepare works deriving, in any form, from, the photographs and/or videos and/or texts. For the sake of clarity, I declare that all of the authorizations granted with this release are done so with reference to all of the territories of the world, in perpetuity, on a royalty-free and transferrable basis; I hereby renounce the right to make any claim for compensation and/or reimbursement relating to the granting of the aforementioned authorizations and the exploitation of the images, in compliance with the content of the regulatory framework of this release, and I also renounce the right to any credit being given in the exploitation of the photographs and/or videos and/or texts.
As a user, you are responsible for the content of your photo/video/text and you guarantee that you are the author of the image, and that you hold all of the right to use and exploit the uploaded material.
Should the contributions you have submitted (photo/video/text) not have been authored by you and if you are not the owner of the full right to exploit the material for financial purposes, by signing this release you indemnify Industria Chimica Adriatica against any claim, including claims for compensation, that may be made by the author or by the rightsholder or by third-party assignees.
Industria Chimica Adriatica SpA is in no way liable for any claims for damages that may be made by subjects portrayed or by subjects with guardianship over minors appearing in the photographs: through this release, Industria Chimica Adriatica SpA is fully indemnified against any such claims. By signing this release, you are granting to ICA the right to use (also for advertising purposes), modify, reproduce wholly or partially, disseminate (using any medium made possible by technology and in accordance with the methods deemed most appropriate by Industria Chimica Adriatica SpA), distribute, prepare derived works, view or disclose in any format or through any channel the contributions submitted as part of the competition.
